Method of Estimating Construction Year of Wooden Houses from Pictures of Exterior Appearance

木造建物の建築年を外観写真から判定する方法の検討を行った．10年単位で建築年代ごとに対象地域の建物をまとめた写真サンプルを準備し，それと見比べることで判定を行った．まず，正解がわかっている建物を対象に大学院生，大学4年生による判定テストを実施し，その精度について検証した．その結果，平均すると4~6年の誤差で判定できることがわかった．また，判定結果から作成した建築年分布は，判定者の平均をとることで正解に近づくことがわかった．そこで，判定人数と建築年分布誤差の関係を調べた結果，5人以上で，各年代割合の誤差が5%ポイント以下になることがわかった．最後に，実際に木造建物被害があった強震観測点周りを対象として，建築年判定を実施し建築年分布を作成した．
