Objectif officiel

The intervention is relative to the Information Infrastructure Sector Development Support Program. It aims to support the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco in consolidating and strengthening the achievements and results of the first reform program of the postal, telecommunications and information technology sector. The main components of the program are as follows: (a) the privatization of Maroc Télécom (IAM); (B) strengthening of competition in telecommunications infrastructure services; (C) extension of access to services; (D) strengthening the regulatory framework; (E) development of a national strategy for the modernization of the postal sector; and (F) development of the use of information technology.
