The tripartite evidence chain of "history-imaging-pathogen" is proposed to transcend morphology-dependent empiricism, with strict caution against glucocorticoid use before etiological confirmation. Standardized precision diagnosis at the epithelial stage is pivotal for early intervention and visual prognosis improvement.
