Supplementary Figure 4: Low PTHrP transcript levels are associated with poor clinical outcome in KM-plotter breast cancer dataset. Association with outcome for PTHrP transcript levels in all breast cancer breast cancer cases (N=3,951) using overall survival as endpoint and 10-year censoring from the KM-plotter datasets. Parameters used are: PTHLH Affy ID: 206300_s_at; All cases included with no restrictions except exclusion of biased arrays; Recurrence-Free survival; Auto select best cutoff; Invert Hazard ratio values below 1. Samples were dichotomized into high and low PTHrP mRNA expression based on the auto-selected cutoff value of 52 (range 1-13641) followed by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.
