Supplementary Figure 2: Positive correlation between nuclear PTHrP and nuclear pY-Stat5 protein levels across progression series of breast cancer. Scatterplot of nuclear PTHrP and nuclear pY-Stat5 protein levels in normal breast epithelia, ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), primary invasive breast cancer (IDC), and lymph node (LN) metastases. A positive correlation between nuclear PTHrP and nuclear pY-Stat5 protein levels was observed (R=0.536, N=92, p<0.001).
