Comparative Study of Online Learning between Japan and China during Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19)

本稿では，コロナ禍における日本と中国の大学でのオンライン授業の比較を通じて，政府の支援策，オンライン授業のためのインフラ，オンライン授業の方式，オンライン授業の教育効果について考察した。 コロナ禍前には，日本の大学生は，他国の大学生と比べると勉強意欲が低いとされる一方，教師による学生評価は不透明で，学生同士の競争も少ないといわれてきた。コロナ禍発生後は，オンライン授業の導入により，教師と学生の間での情報共有が進展し，学生の学習意欲や姿勢も情報として把握されるようになったことから，学習への意欲や姿勢が強まった。こうした教育過程の可視化は学生間の競争を促し，教育効果の向上につながることが期待される。 以上の考察を通じて，本稿では，オンライン教育を通じて日本の大学の教育効果が上がっているという仮説を提示した。今後は，対面授業とオンライン授業を組み合わせたハイブリッド型授業とオンラインだけの授業との比較考察，とくに教育効果の違いについて検討する必要がある。
