单回电缆沟温升影响因素分析及经验公式修正

IEC标准的载流量计算方法适用于大多数敷设情况，但在电缆沟敷设环境中，该标准的沟内温升经验公式无法充分考虑中国多样的地质和气候情况，导致计算存在误差。文中基于传热学理论和流体力学理论，并构建全尺寸单回电缆沟数值模型，研究各个因素对电缆沟温升的影响。研究结果表明，IEC经验公式可用于土壤导热良好（如砂土和粉土等）且环境温度较高时的估算，而土壤导热较差条件下（如壤土、淤泥质黏土等）误差较大；电缆沟温升与土壤导热系数、环境温度和地表对流呈负相关关系，其中影响程度最大的是土壤导热系数，其次是环境温度，而地表对流的影响最小；研究构建的考虑土壤导热系数、环境温度修正的单回电缆沟温升预测公式可符合工程计算精度要求。
