Jejunal Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor（GIST）：A Report of Four Cases

2006年８月から2018年10月までに当院で経験した４例の空腸Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor（GIST）はすべて女性で，75歳以上が３例，60歳代が１例であった．３例は術前臨床症状がなく，１例は貧血を主訴とした．術前造影Computed Tomography（CT）を行った後に手術を施行した．手術病理標本の免疫組織化学染色上，全例KIT陽性でありGISTと診断した．Fletcher分類で，低リスク３例，中間リスク１例であったため，全例に術後補助療法を行わなかった．３例は生存中で，１例は他病死した．
