Quantitative generation of diffusion-weighted imaging from non-contrast CT in acute ischemic stroke: a multi-scanner deep-learning model with external validation

Zhihua Li, Mifang Li, Zixiang Chen, Yuxi Jin et autres

Background: Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide, where early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for effective management. Computed tomography (CT), particularly non-contrast CT, is widely used due to its speed and low cost; however, it …

BehaviorBench: Modeling Real-World User Decisions from Behavioral Traces

Liangwei Yang, Jielin Qiu, Zixiang Chen, Ming Zhu et autres

Many decision-support settings require systems that adapt to individual users, but evaluation data for this problem remain limited. Existing benchmarks for user understanding often rely on simulated users or model-generated behavior, even though recent work cautions that model-based simulations can diverge systematically …

Virtual Factor: System Architecture, Data Model, and Operational Semantics — A Sequel to the Conceptual Definition

Zixiang Chen

Virtual Factor; Data Architecture; Operational Semantics; Physics-derived Geometry

Myeloid‐Derived Suppressor Cell–Derived Interferon‐β Promotes T Follicular Helper Cell Response and Exacerbates Lupus Development

Ke Rui, Zixiang Chen, Jun Liu, Wei Huang et autres

Objective Increasing evidence highlights a critical role of T follicular helper (Tfh) cells in autoimmune pathogenesis. This study aimed to identify inflammatory cytokines involved in driving Tfh cell responses in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods The circulating Tfh frequencies and interferon (IFN)‐β …

Noninvasive functional brain imaging for Parkinson’s disease using conditional diffusion models

Chunfa Liu, Fan Fu, Yuxi Jin, Haizhou Liu et autres

FP-CIT PET imaging is essential for evaluating dopaminergic function and diagnosing PD, but its high cost and radiation exposure limit routine clinical use. Patients are often subjected to multiple imaging procedures, including MRI and FDG PET, before undergoing FP-CIT PET, increasing the …

Cross-phase PET image translation in prostate cancer via conditional diffusion models

Xing Fu, Yuxi Jin, Qiaochu Chen, Haizhou Liu et autres

Prostate cancer represents a major oncologic burden in males. While delayed-phase PSMA PET/CT enhances lesion detection over early imaging, its clinical utility is hampered by prolonged acquisition times and increased radiation exposure from the additional CT. To mitigate these limitations, we introduce …

A text-information-controlled diffusion model for multimodal whole-body PET synthesis from MRI

Yi‐Zhou Jiang, Yuxi Jin, Qiaochu Chen, Haizhou Liu et autres

Positron Emission Tomography (PET) is crucial for staging and monitoring systemic diseases, but its application is often constrained by high costs, radiation exposure, and limited availability. Synthesizing PET images from routinely acquired Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) presents a promising alternative. This study …
