剣道中の心肺停止発生状況と緊急時安全対策のあり方

［目的］日本において過去5年間の剣道中の心肺停止症例の発生状況を調査し、統計学的な分析・検討を行うことで、今後の剣道における適切な安全対策について、方向性を提起する。 ［方法］各都道府県剣道連盟に対し、過去5年間の心肺停止症例の発生状況、並びに心肺蘇生法教育について、アンケート調査を実施した。 ［結果］各都道府県の内、14県のみで心肺停止に関する統計が取られていたが、その中でも、過去5年間に6例の心肺停止症例が存在することが明らかとなった。その発生の地域や季節に、有意差は認められなかった。また、発症者は全て30歳代以上の男性に認められたが、年齢差や性差の有意差は、認められなかった。心肺停止症例の全てで、心肺蘇生法の実施とAEDの使用がなされており、5例が蘇生、1例が死亡の転帰をとった。 ［結論］剣道中は、地域や季節、競技者の年齢性別に関係なく、心肺停止の発生する可能性があることが明らかとなった。今後、全都道府県を対象とした剣道におけるAED配置を含めた救護体制の策定と心肺蘇生法の普及が重要であると考えられた。
