要旨 本研究の目的は，大震災後の応急仮設住宅に入居する高齢者が認識する生活課題を分析し，生活課題の特徴および健康関連QOLとの関連を明らかにすることである．生活課題の聴取には，作業に関する自己評価改訂版を用いた．結果，余暇に関わる生活課題と健康関連QOLの精神的側面は相関関係が認められること，性別によって認識する生活課題は異なることが明らかになった．男性では余暇に関する生活課題を認識する者が多く，女性では作業における自己の有効感に関する生活課題を認識する者が多かった．本研究の結果より，作業療法の視点から支援すべき仮設住宅入居高齢者の生活課題が示された．

要旨 本研究では，被災高齢者を対象に，活動と参加に焦点を当てた作業療法プログラムを実施し，プログラムへの参加が生活課題に及ぼす影響を検証することと，被災高齢者に対する活動と参加に焦点を当てた作業療法プログラムの実行可能性を検討することを目的とした．東日本大震災後に恒久住宅での生活を開始した高齢者を対象に週1回120分のプログラムを全14回実施した．その結果，プログラムの参加継続率は90％以上と高く，プログラムに対する感想からは参加者のニーズを満たす内容であったと伺える反応が得られた．また，プログラム前後で各参加者が認識する生活課題および健康関連QOLに肯定的な変化が認められ，中等度以上の効果量が確認された．

Nominal group techniqueを用いた「作業療法学生の臨床実習適応能力の自己評価尺度案」の内容的妥当性および表面的妥当性の検討

本研究では, 「作業療法学生の臨床実習適応能力の自己評価尺度案」の内容的妥当性と表面的妥当性を検討し, 暫定版尺度を作成する目的で, 臨床実習を終えた作業療法学生を対象にnominal group techniqueを実施した. その結果, 中央値と四分位数範囲から内容的妥当性が確認された39項目と, 表面的妥当性確保のために文言修正を加えた5項目を含む44項目が尺度項目として採用された. 特に「自分との関わりが対象者にどのような影響を与えるかわかる」ことと, 「指導者の対象者に対する関わり方がわかる」ことが, 実習期間の異なる集団間でも一貫して, 尺度項目として適切と判断された.
