目的 研究化肝煎对CCl4诱导肝纤维化大鼠肠道菌群的影响。 方法 将48只SPF 级雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、化肝煎低剂量组（4.25 g/kg）、化肝煎中剂量组（8.50 g/kg）、化肝煎高剂量组（17.0 g/kg）和秋水仙碱组（0.2mg/kg）共6组，每组8 只。除正常组腹腔注射橄榄油溶液外，其余各组腹腔注射 40% CCl4橄榄油溶液（2 mL/kg），每3天注射1次，持续8周。第5周开始各组灌胃给药，每天1次。正常组和模型组灌胃生理盐水。8周后麻醉处死，取肝脏组织观察病理学变化，收集粪便采用16S rDNA测序，进行α多样性分析、β多样性分析、群落组成分析及标志菌群 LefSe 分析。 结果 与模型组相比，化肝煎中、高剂量组肝组织纤维化程度减轻；测序结果显示，化肝煎显著下调厚壁菌门/拟杆菌门（Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes）的比值（P<0.05）。在菌属水平上，化肝煎显著增加布劳特氏菌属（Blautia）、异杆菌属（Allobaculum）丰度（P<0.05）。 结论 化肝煎对CCl4诱导的肝纤维化大鼠有一定的改善作用，其机制可能与调节大鼠肠道菌群结构多样性与丰度有关。
