Effects of Different Processing Methods on Mucosal IgA Production Induced by Resistant Starch-Rich Rice

【目的】レジスタントスターチ（RS）は小腸では消化されずに大腸に届くデンプンであり，その機能性の一つとして粘膜免疫に重要なIgA産生促進作用が報告されている．本研究では日本人の主食である「米」による粘膜免疫強化を目指し，RS高含有米であるWE米をヒトが摂取できる状態の「蒸し」及び「焙煎」加工し，それぞれの摂取が粘膜IgA産生に与える影響についてマウスを用いて明らかにすることを目的とする．【方法】WE米玄米を「蒸し」加工後に凍結乾燥したもの，焙煎したものをそれぞれ粉砕し，実験サンプルとした．サンプルのRS含量を測定し，RS含量が2 %となるようにAIN-93G精製飼料に各サンプルを添加し（蒸し群，焙煎群），Control群及び含有玄米量の調整にRSを含まない蒸し加工したもち米玄米を用いた．BALB/cAJclマウス（8週齢，雄，各群ｎ＝7）に各試験飼料を8週間摂取させ，7週目に糞便中細菌数を測定，8週目に２日分の糞を採取し、最終日に解剖を行った．解剖時に腸管内容物，肺，顎下腺，血液を採取した．盲腸内容物は短鎖脂肪酸量，糞便，肺，顎下腺，血液はIgA含量を測定した．【結果】IgA含量は，Control群と比較して蒸し群,焙煎群ともに糞中では有意な増加が見られ，蒸し群よりも焙煎群の方が有意に増加していた．一方で，血漿，肺，顎下腺では各群に差が見られなかった．短鎖脂肪酸量は，Control群に比べ，蒸し群，焙煎群ともに酢酸，酪酸が有意に増加し，プロピオン酸は焙煎のみに増加していた．糞中細菌数はControl群と比較して焙煎群のみ有意な増加がみられた．以上の結果から加工したWE米の摂取により腸管におけるバリア機能の強化が期待できることが明らかになった．一方，同じWE米由来のRSであっても加工の違いにより特性が変化し，腸管IgA誘導能，腸内細菌による資化性が異なると考えられる．

親との心理的距離及び子どもの夫婦関係の認知と「頼れる感」の関連

本研究では、親との心理的距離及び子どもの夫婦関係の認知と「頼れる感」の関連について検討した。青年期は親との関係にアンビバレントになる時期であることから、意識的、自覚的に認知している心理的距離（尺度）と前意識的、無意識的に感じている心理的距離（投映法）、子がそれらの心理的距離をどう評価するかを尋ねることで、心理的距離をより多角的に捉えた。さらに、夫婦関係をどのように認知しているかと各心理的距離との関連からも検討した。 父親と母親との心理的距離については、測定の仕方で結果が異なること、投映法での心理的距離よりも、質問紙及び心理的距離の評価などの意識的な水準での心理的距離の方が子どもの「頼れる感」との関連が強い可能性が示された。また、夫婦間の距離よりも、自分と両親の心理的距離の方が「頼れる感」に影響していること、父よりも母との心理的距離の方が「頼れる感」に影響している可能性が考えられた。
