イワホリコツブムシ体表に生息するウミミズムシ科の1新種

和歌山県田辺湾のイワホリコツブムシSphaeroma wadai体表に生息するウミミズムシ科Iais属の１種を新種，Iais tanabensis n. sp.として記載した．本新種は顎脚の底節の鉤刺が2本である点でシンガポールなどから知られているIais singaporensis Menzies and Barnard, 1951と類似しているが，体型がより細く，後方に向かって特別に太くならないこと，頭部前方に張り出しが弱いこと，第2触角が比較的短く，鞭数が12までしかないこと，第2小顎基節内葉の歯の数が少ないこと，第4胸脚指節に3本の爪があること，腹尾節が丸いこと，オスの１腹肢の先端がいくぶん分離していること，オスの第2腹肢内肢が大きいことにより区別される．本種の宿主当たりの共生密度，抱卵雌の割合の経月変化も示した．

滋賀県から発見されたオオワラジムシ属(ハヤシワラジムシ科等脚目甲殻類)の一新種

滋賀県から発見されたオオワラジムシ属の1種を新種Lucasioides candidus（和名 シロタエハヤシワラジムシ：新称）として記載した．本種は既知種の中で Lucasioides gigliotosi (Arcangeli, 1927) とオスの第7胸脚の基節に多数の長い剛毛があることや座節に大きな丸いへこみがあること，オスの第6胸節基節に剛毛が密集していることなどが共通するが，（1）体色が白いこと，（2）尾節の幅が広いこと，（3）第2触角鞭の第2節が長く，第１節の3.5–4.3倍の長さがあること，（4）第7胸脚腕節の膨らみが弱いこと，（5）第1触角先端の剛毛数が6本しかないこと，（7）頭部前縁中央の突起が弱いこと，（6）第2腹肢外肢先端が丸いこと，（8）第2–4腹肢が細長いこと，（9）オスの第1腹肢外肢先端のへこみが小さいことことにより区別される．ただし，L. gigliotosiではこのくぼみの大きさや形は変異があることが知られている（Nunomura, 2023）．

北陸地方で発見された陸産等脚目甲殻類の1新種の記載，数種の再記載および北陸初記録種等

北陸地方4県の陸産等脚目甲殻類の1新種,数種の再記載および北陸初記録種、殆ど知られていない種など8種を記録する．新潟市から採集されたヒトザトワラジムシ属の1種をMongoloniscus echigoensis sp.nov.（和名：エチゴサトワラジムシ（新称））として記載した．本種は富山県から知られているニイカワサトワラジムシMongoloniscus arvus Nunomuraと最も類似しているが，(1）オスの第6胸脚基節腹側先端が大きく膨出していること，（2）オス第7胸脚腕節が膨らむこと，（3）オスの第1腹肢外肢先端に半円状のへこみと４本の剛毛があり、その内肢先端が外側に湾曲していること，（4）オスの第６,７胸肢の基節と座節の内側に細毛が密生していることなどで区別される．また，Arcangeli(1927)がPorcellio (Lucasius) mazzarelliiとして記載した種はLucasioides属とすべきものとし，図示されていない形質を中心に再記載を行い，和名に「モノノフハヤシワラジムシ（新称）」を提唱した．そのほか複数の金沢市中心部の庭園だけから見つかったセグロコシビロダンゴムシをはじめ，アジアモリワラジムシ，ハナビロハマワラジムシ，シンジコフナムシ，キタフナムシを記録した．また，金沢市から1個体だけが発見されたヒメワラジムシ科の1種は種名および属名を決定できなかったが，いくつかの形質を記載した．

従来オスだけで記載されてきたコツブムシ科(等脚目甲殻類)3種のメス個体の外部形態

コツブムシ科には雌と雄の形態差が大きい種類が多く、オスの形態が種ごとに明瞭なものの、メスの形態は互いに類似していることが多い。現状では雌雄の対応が困難なことが多く、メスだけで同定ができない場合が多い。今回、シリコブコツブムシ、カザリウミセミ、オナガウミセミの３種のメス個体の標本を見る機会があり、外形を中心に記載した。
