【背景】2019 年に尿蛋白定量法をピロガロールレッド(PR) 法から塩化ベンゼトニウム(BC) 法に変更後，尿蛋白/尿クレアチニン(Cr)比 0.15 g/gCr 以上の症例が増加したため，原因究明を目的とした．【方法】2017 年 4月より 3年連続して，年 1 回以上，当院で検尿を行った小中学生のうち，診断名が尿異常なし・無症候性血尿の症例を対象とし，早朝尿の尿蛋白/尿 Cr 比等を調べた．【結果】対象は 74 人(男性 22 人，女性 52 人，2019 年時の年齢の中央値 12.3 歳)であった．尿蛋白/尿 Cr 比の中央値は，PR 法を用いた 2017，2018 年度(各々 0.09，0.08 g/gCr)に対し，BC 法を用いた 2019 年度は 0.14 g/gCr と高値であった．【結論】BC 法を尿蛋白定量に用いた場合，PR 法と比較し尿蛋白/尿 Cr 比は高くなる傾向にあった．尿蛋白/尿 Cr 比を評価する際，尿蛋白定量法にも注意する必要がある．

要旨 慢性疾患に対する運動制限や食事制限といった生活の制限が，将来の身体的および心理的なQOL にどのように影響するか検討するため，小児期発症の慢性腎疾患キャリーオーバー症例に対しアンケート調査を行った。その結果運動制限を受けていた群で心理的なQOL の評価が有意に低かった。今回の検討から運動制限が患児の将来のQOL にも影響することが示唆され，その施行は必要最小限にとどめられるべきと考える。
