A survey on transition from pediatric to adult care for patients with Wilson disease

109人（15歳以上が93.6%）のWilson病患者に移行期医療に関するアンケート調査を行った．患者の平均年齢は34歳（8歳-67歳）で，病型は肝型が62.4%と多かった．最初の診断医が小児科医の患者が67.0%から，同医を現在の主治医とする者が54.1%に減少し，対して，消化器内科を現主治医とする者が増加していた．主治医が小児科医である（あった）15歳以上の患者は82人で，その34.1%は平均23歳で主治医を変更し，65.9%は主治医を変更していなかった．20歳以上で小児科医が主治医である患者は45人で平均年齢が34歳であった．慣れ親しんだ小児科主治医と離れることや主治医が新たな内科医へ変更することに患者は戸惑いや不安を感じていた．一方，自身で内科医への移行を希望した患者はそのような不安が少なかった．
