A Case of Vaginal Metastasis Following Surgery for Cecal Cancer

症例は68歳の女性で，肝転移を伴う盲腸癌に対して腹腔鏡下回盲部切除，D3郭清，肝S6部分切除術を施行した．病理診断はC，type 1，60×53×28 mm，tub2>muc，pT3，INFb，Ly1a，V1b，Pn1a，pN0，pPM0，pDM0，pRM0，pStage IVaであった．術後補助化学療法としてCAPOXを8コース施行し再発なく経過していたが，術後2年3か月頃から不正性器出血を認めた．膣内腔に突出するような形で60 mm大の不正形腫瘤を認め，生検で盲腸癌膣転移と診断された．膣以外への転移・再発は認めなかったため，ロボット支援膣部分切除術を施行した．再発リスクを考慮し術後補助化学療法としてCAPOX療法を開始したが1コース目で消化器症状が出現したため中止し，現在経過観察中である．
