Objectif officiel

The overall development goal is to improve the IT-infrastructure and public governance procedures in Ghana and hereby creating a foundation for economic growth that will contribute to reducing poverty and improving living standards. The immediate development goal of the project is to enhance and improve the access to data communication, such as internet and tele communication, develop governmental datacentres, and serverinfrastructure, e-government and similar services whereby economic development, the communications sector, digitalisation strategies, and efficient governance, and improved living conditions can be supported. The project will thus support the specific strategic objective to strengthen business development and especially the framework within which the business community operates. Furthermore, the project will improve the access to services and informations for both citizens and governmental institutions alike.
