Objectif officiel

The objective of the project is to overcome the present lack of switching equipment by providing replacement exchanges in thress of the five switching areas to allow for 15% annual growth of the number of subcribers in these areas. The project als seeks to allow for a suitable local network structure by the establishment of sufficient numbers of remote line units and their connections to the main exchanges. The project also seeks to establish duct network to facilitate the expansion of local cable distribution.
