Objectif officiel

The project consists to support the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in the creation and operational implementation of a specific Authority dedicated to the development of the site of Inga called "Inga Development and Promotion Agency" (ADEPI). The establishment of the ADEPI is one of the results of the ongoing dialogue between the African Development Bank Group and the DRC government for the optimal realization of the Grand INGA hydroelectric project for the revitalization of the energy sector in the DRC, which is setting this project in the context of the New Deal for universal access to energy by 2025 in Africa.
