OVERVIEW This repository contains the raw source data for the growth curves presented in the associated publication. The datasets track the growth of various bacterial strains under specific experimental conditions by measuring optical density at 600 nm (OD600) over time. ORGANISMS COVERED - Mycobacterium smegmatis - Escherichia coli - Bacillus subtilis FILE STRUCTURE & FORMAT - Format: Individual Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files. - Data Content: Raw time data points of OD600 measurements for the respective bacterial strains. - Visualization: Each Excel file contains a linked GraphPad Prism graphical file for direct visualization of the plotted growth curves. USAGE NOTES - Open the .xlsx files using Microsoft Excel or any compatible spreadsheet software to access the raw data matrix. - Click the embedded GraphPad links within the files to view or export.
