Supplementary Material 4: Supplementary Table 3: The list of differentially expressed genes (DEGs, FDR < 0.05) in at least one pairwise comparison of channel catfish challenged with virulent Aeromonas hydrophila. The liver was sampled at 2, 4 and 8 hours post challenge. FCF: These fish had their adipose fin-clipped and were fed 2 hours before the challenge. FCN: These fish had their adipose fin-clipped and were fasted 2 hours before the challenge. NCF: These fish had intact adipose fins and were fed 2 hours before the challenge.
