This repository contains analysis codes supporting the manuscript “Synuclein and dopamine transporter biomarkers among phenoconverters to parkinsonian disorders.” Code files are organized by analysis outputs (tables and figures) and are intended to facilitate transparency and reproducibility of the reported findings. Analytic datasets are not included in the submission. Researchers can request access to PPMI data at the PPMI Study website (https://www.ppmi-info.org/access-data-specimens/download-data).
