Supplementary Figure S4 shows the binding differences of BBO-11818 and BBO-8520 to KRASG12D and KRASG12C, respectively, in the GDP- or GppNHp-bound states, in a crystal structure model. Additionally, it shows in silico predicted interactions of BBO-11818 to different KRAS variants, based on the crystal structure model of BBO-11818 to KRASG12D.
