Le résumé fourni par la source

This research focuses on the examination of the transparency and regulatory compliance of physical blind boxes commercially sold in Mainland China. As blind boxes contain randomized items or collectibles, this gambling-like characteristic makes them conceptually similar to video game “loot boxes”, and they have drawn attention from regulators in Mainland China. So based on Guidelines on Rules for Blind Box Business Operation (for Trial Implementation) in Mainland China, the research will conduct an analysis to assess the information disclosure of blind boxes, mainly focusing on the probability disclosure, visual prominence, age restrictions and information accuracy, etc.
