Supplementary proteomic datasets (Tables S3-S7) supporting: "Neutrophil-derived EVs drive NF-κB-dependent endothelial activation and tumor angiogenesis"

This dataset contains supplementary proteomic data presented in Tables S3-S7 of the associated manuscript. The data were obtained from proteomic analyses of ER-HoxB8-derived neutrophils and neutrophil-derived small extracellular vesicles (NEX) isolated from WT and Ifnar1−/− mice, as well as NEX isolated from peripheral blood of patients with head and neck cancer (HNC) and healthy donors under the specified experimental conditions. The dataset includes: protein identification data, quantitative proteomic measurements, fold change values between experimental groups, statistical analyses, and lists of differentially expressed proteins. Where applicable, the data include normalized and/or log2-transformed values used for downstream statistical analyses and data visualization (e.g., heatmaps). Tables S3-S6 contain proteomic datasets from murine neutrophils and NEX (WT and Ifnar1−/−), whereas Table S7 contains quantitative proteomic data from NEX isolated from healthy donors and patients with head and neck cancer at different disease stages. The tables correspond to Supplementary Tables S3-S7 and were used to generate and support the results presented in the associated manuscript. Detailed information on sample preparation, proteomic workflows, data processing, patient cohort, and statistical analyses is provided in the associated publication. This dataset is deposited to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reusability of the proteomic data.
