Supplementary Table S10 from The Progesterone Challenge Test as a Functional Biomarker of Endometrial Cancer Risk: Results from a Prospective Feasibility Study

Supplementary Table S10 contains participant comments that were thematically analyzed to assess acceptability of the PCT, using the constructs of the Theoretical Framework of Acceptability (TFA). Quotes were drawn from free-text responses provided in post-PCT exit surveys. Themes reflect participant perspectives on perceived clinical utility, treatment burden, hormonal side effects, and general attitudes toward the intervention. Each theme is mapped to relevant TFA constructs, including perceived effectiveness, opportunity costs, burden, affective attitude, and intervention coherence.
