女子大学生における歯肉炎の有無および クロノタイプの違いと食事摂取状況の関連
Le résumé fourni par la source
This study aimed to examine the association between the presence of gingivitis and differences in chronotype with dietary intake and breakfast consumption frequency among female university students. The participants were 27 female university students. A self-administered questionnaire was used to assess oral care, presence of gingivitis, chronotype, habitual dietary intake, breakfast consumption frequency, wake-up and bedtime on weekdays and weekends, sleep duration, and meal timing. There were no differences in BMI, chronotype, or dietary intake between the gingivitis and non-gingivitis groups. Evening-types did not differ from non-evening types in BMI or diet, but they were more likely to skip breakfast. Furthermore, the evening-type group had later bedtimes on both weekdays and weekends, which may contribute to skipping breakfast.
