Le résumé fourni par la source
This article describes a device for the conservative treatment of diabetic foot syndrome. The device exposes the patient's foot structures to a traveling magnetic field, an ultra-high frequency electric field, ultraviolet radiation, and infrared laser radiation. The purpose of this multi-modal approach is to increase the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the healing time of trophic ulcers. The use of various physical therapies in the proposed system allows for a reduction in the number of procedures without harming the patient, saving significant time for both the patient and staff. The device is designed as a single unit with an external power supply. Below the patient's foot is a matrix of magnetic coils, ultraviolet lamps, and a movable infrared laser diode matrix. Before the device is activated, the laser diode matrix is mechanically moved longitudinally using a side handle and is fixed under the affected area of the foot. The two UHF electrodes (located on either side of the foot) are moved and fixed as close as possible to the lesion. The device's design allows for the combination of several types of treatment to achieve maximum therapeutic effect. As a result of this work, a device was developed that combines the most effective physical therapies without the use of drugs or other consumables. The device is designed to restore sensation in affected limbs and accelerate tissue healing in diabetic foot syndrome.
