This study focuses on analyzing coordination strategies between Large-Scale power users' direct participation in inter-provincial spot markets and Grid-Agent electricity procurement. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the stable operation of the electricity market during the reform transition period. We begin by deconstructing the mechanisms of these two distinct markets: the inter-provincial spot market and the Grid-Agent electricity procurement market. Following a comprehensive analysis of both markets and identification of their respective challenges, we propose the concept of "leveraging complementary advantages and fostering synergistic development". This approach seeks to fully utilize the comparative strengths of each market, mitigating weaknesses while optimizing their coordinated operation. Through this research, we strive to maximize the potential of the novel inter-provincial spot market, significantly enhance resource allocation efficiency, and ensure power supply security. The ultimate goal is to facilitate "smooth reform progression, healthy market development, and mutual benefit for all stakeholders", thereby achieving a win-win outcome for market participants.
