Spatial-frequency-shift (SFS) super resolution imaging for label-free sample based on the wavevector modulation has its limit in the weak scattering intensity of the high-frequency propagation field, which leads to the decrease in the quality of ultra-high-resolution images. The enhanced illumination field supported by the artificial waveguide was proved to be the solution. However, the illumination field has more than one mode of the lateral wavevector and contributes to a mixed SFS effect, leading to the distorted structure of the object in super-resolution image. Here, we proposed a mixed frequency demodulation method based on deep spatial frequency residual (DSFR) network to retrieve the correct structure at the scale of sub-λ/10. Our method can successfully retrieve the distorted structure at the scale of 78nm under the excitation wavelength of 780nm from only single image of mixed-SFS in the simulation, which showed a highfidelity retrieval performance in the spatial domain for SFS image under the high-k illumination. Also, we show the excellent performance on enhancement in the high spatial frequency component while maintaining the relatively low spatial frequency free from distortion through retrieval for the complex natural images. Compared with the linear spatial frequency reconstruction process, our method provided a universal solution for the mixed frequency retrieval, leading to a single-shot ultra-high-resolution SFS imaging, which shows a potential in the real-time super resolution imaging.
