The gut microbiome influences host immunity and response to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). Previously we described baseline microbial and dietary predictors of ICI treatment response in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). Here, we describe the longitudinal changes in key microbial species in this cohort.
