Le résumé fourni par la source

This paper studies the application of deep reinforcement learning in hierarchical control models, especially its advantages in the collaborative control of IP and optical networks. By combining deep reinforcement learning with hierarchical control models, an innovative network resource scheduling and allocation method is proposed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments. Experimental results show that the hierarchical control model based on deep reinforcement learning outperforms traditional scheduling strategies in multiple key performance indicators, especially in terms of convergence speed, network throughput and latency. Deep Q network (DQN) can quickly learn the optimal strategy in a multi-level network environment and significantly improve the utilization efficiency of system resources. Studies have shown that deep reinforcement learning can provide adaptive optimization strategies in dynamically changing network environments, providing new solutions to resource scheduling and control problems in complex network environments.
