Supplemental Figure 3: Anti-CD19 control MAbs HIB19 and CB19 were screened on a CD19 alanine-scan mutation library expressed in HEK 293T cells, with binding assayed by flow cytometry. Binding values are shown as a percentage of the antibodies’ binding to the parental CD19 protein (WT) and represent the mean of at least two replicate data points, with error bars showing half of the range (half of the maximum minus minimum value). The mutations highlighted are ones in which binding of 42 scFv was significantly impaired.
