Supplemental Figure 4: In the validation titration experiment, the isotype control article was screened for binding against targets identified on the MPA screen as well as the positive controls (Protein A and a known binder CD19), and the negative control (pUC empty Vector) expressed in HEK-293T cells. The isotype control article showed strong binding to Protein A, as expected, there was no binding of the control article to CD19 or any of the other targets evaluated. The isotype control article was screened at four different concentrations, as mentioned at x-axis. Each legend shows the targets that the isotype control article was screened against.
