This paper explores the integration of conversational agents in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to provide instant solutions to LMS-related queries, enhancing the learning experience. A study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of an AI-based conversational agent in addressing technical user queries, reducing the workload on support teams. The results demonstrate the potential of AI-powered conversational agents in improving LMS efficiency and user experience, highlighting their effectiveness in delivering timely and accurate solutions to technical issues. The study’s findings suggest that the implementation of such a system can lead to increased user satisfaction and reduced support requests. Furthermore, the integration of conversational agents can enable LMS platforms to provide more personalized and efficient support to users. The study’s results have implications for the development of more effective and user-friendly LMS platforms. Overall, the paper contributes to the understanding of the role of AI-powered conversational agents in enhancing the learning experience.
