In this article a method for measuring the magnetic fields of wigglers and undulators based on a wire with a pulsed current, as a high-speed alternative to Hall measurements is considered. This method is an attractive base for creating a fine-tuning system for undulators, which can work in on-line mode because a single field measurement takes only a few seconds. The theoretical aspects of this method were considered. An experimental setup for measurements is described. The pulsed wire field measurements were carried out with the superconductive 128-pole undulator with the magnetic field amplitude being 1.15 Tesla and magnetic period being 15.6 mm. Mathematical correction algorithms of the raw data were applied in order to eliminate the influence of the wire dispersion properties and electronics noise. The obtained data is then transformed to the magnetic field structure and the phase error, both local and integral. The obtained results and further work are discussed.
