These three datasets describe the content of Indel Affymetrix Axiom array corresponding to the publication "High throughput genotyping of structural variations in a complex plant genome using an original Affymetrix® Axiom® array " of Mabire, Duarte et al., 2019. The Affymetrix Axiom array contain 105,927 Indels interogated by 662,772 probes.
