Effects of intracoronary tirofiban combined with glonoin injection on STEMI patients treated by emergency percataneous coronary artery

Objective To investigate the effect of intracoronary tirofiban combined with glonoin alternate injection on STEMI patients treated by emergency percataneous coronary artery. Methods A total of 69 patients with STEMI undergoing emergency PCI were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were given general coronary port injection, and the observation group were repeated given injection of nitroglycerin and tirofiban in coronary after infarct-related artery to restore blood flow. Corrected CTFC, 90 min ST segment decrease percentage, TMPG, LVEDD, LVEF and hospitalization and major adverse cardiovascular events during follow-up (MACE), postoperative bleeding complications were compared. Results The above indexes in observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P 0.05). Conclusions Alternately, repeated injection nitroglycerin and tirofiban in coronary after infarct-related artery to restore blood flow is more benefit than normal coronary artery.
