Objective To actualize three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy by using intensity modulated radiotherapy therapy (IMRT) inverse algorithm.Methods 5 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients are given a three-dimensional conformal and one surbeam intensity modulated radiation therapy in order to compare conformal angle,MU and other indicators.Results A surbeam intensity modulated radiation therapy plan was superior to the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the same direction of the radiation field.Conclusion IMRT inverse algorithm technology can achieve three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy
