We present a measurement of $\ensuremath{\sigma}B(W\ensuremath{\rightarrow}e\ensuremath{\nu})$ and $\ensuremath{\sigma}B({Z}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}})$ in proton-antiproton collisions at $\sqrt{s}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}1.8$ TeV using a significantly improved understanding of the integrated luminosity. The data represent an integrated luminosity of 19.7 ${\mathrm{pb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ from the 1992--1993 run with the Collider Detector at Fermilab. We find $\ensuremath{\sigma}B(W\ensuremath{\rightarrow}e\ensuremath{\nu})\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}2.49\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.12$ nb and $\ensuremath{\sigma}B({Z}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}})\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}0.231\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.012$ nb.
