抗生素抗性基因在环境中广泛传播,对公共健康和生态系统构成威胁。病毒作为抗性基因的储存与传播载体,其作用日益受到关注。但病毒携带抗性基因在不同生境中的空间格局、风险水平及驱动因素,仍缺乏系统认知。本研究汇总了780份来自污水处理厂、垃圾渗滤液、塑料际、土壤、湖泊沉积物、降雨及湿地的环境样品宏基因组数据,采用统一分析流程,系统分析了病毒抗性基因的组成特征、风险等级、宿主关联及主要来源。结果表明,病毒抗性基因的分布受生境影响明显。人工生境中,高风险抗性基因丰度显著高于自然环境,约为其15倍;自然生境则是低风险抗性基因占优。塑料际环境的抗性基因亚型多样性最高,可能成为抗性基因的潜在储存与交换热区。跨生境的核心抗性组为20个低风险抗性基因。病毒类群分析显示,Uroviricota病毒在人工生境中占主导,是抗性基因的主要携带者。湿地病毒抗性组溯源结果表明,土壤是其主要来源。本研究揭示,人类活动强度显著调控病毒携带抗性基因的分布,环境管理和公共卫生策略中,应优先关注人类高强度活动区域,以便识别关键耐药扩散节点并实施分区防控,降低抗性基因传播风险。
