婦人科診療を行うなかで原因を特定できない外陰痛（vulvodynia）に遭遇することがある。消炎鎮痛剤，子宮内膜症の治療，ホルモン補充療法など既存の治療を試みても症状が改善せず，患者は痛みが改善しないままいくつもの病院を受診することも少なくない。このような症例に血の異常（血虚）があると診断して東洋医学的治療，特に四物湯を中心とした処方をこころみて著効した4症例を報告する。

malignant lymphomaに伴う消化管病変の報告は多いが,今回われわれは,興味ある大腸X線所見を呈した1例を経験したので,若干の文献的考察を加え報告する. 症例は60歳の男性で,多量の下血と全身倦怠感にて搬入され,全身リンパ節腫大と肝脾腫,さらに注腸二重造影法で大小多数の小隆起を認め,同隆起からの生検によりmalignant lymphomaと診断された.このようなリンパ系疾患に伴う消化管の広範囲な隆起性病変を,最初に報告したのはBriquet(1835年)であり,その後1961年にCornesらは,28例をまとめmultiple lymphomatous polyposis of gastrointestinal tract (MLP) の名称を提唱している.今回のわれわれの症例も同疾患と思われるが,すでに全身リンパ節腫大と肝脾腫を呈しており,成井らのいう病期IIIに相当すると思われる.
