同側広背筋を用いて気管支形成吻合部を被覆する術式を考案した.開胸時に広背筋を温存するいわゆるmuscle-spaoing 開胸術を施行した後, この温存した広背筋を第3肋間より誘導し, 楔状切除した気管支吻合部に縫着することにより, 術後気管支瘻を予防することを目的とした.この術式をこれまで右上葉支口に腫瘍の存在した3例に施行し, 全例術後経過良好であり, 血管造影でも良好な血流が得られ有用と考えられたのでeその術式について前告する.
