猫の偽膜性膀胱炎は，膀胱粘膜部分剝離による隔壁構造が特徴の比較的予後良好なまれな疾患である．今回，膀胱粘膜の全剝離と急性再生性貧血を示した猫を経験した．13歳の去勢雄猫が食欲廃絶と排尿困難となり一次診療動物病院を受診した．持続する血尿により7日後にPCVが50％から16％まで急激に低下し容態が悪化した．超音波検査では膀胱内に隔壁構造を伴わない，石灰化を伴う占拠性腫瘤を認めた．超音波及び病理組織検査より偽膜性膀胱炎と診断した．本症例から，偽膜性膀胱炎は典型的な隔壁構造が認められず診断が困難となり得る場合があること，膀胱粘膜の急激な剝離により急性貧血が生じ得ることが示唆された．尿閉を示す猫では頻回の超音波検査を行い，膀胱粘膜の急激な剝離がみられる場合，急性貧血のリスクを考慮し早期の外科的介入を検討すべきである．

10歳齢，避妊雌の雑種猫がスターター（吸気性喘鳴）を主訴に紹介来院し，画像検査で軟口蓋に基部を持つ可動性のある囊胞が認められた．全身麻酔下にて囊胞を穿刺吸引すると透明の粘稠性の高い液体が抜去された．囊胞の部分切除を行い，切除した病変部位を病理組織学的検査に供した．小唾液腺に関する唾液粘液囊胞を疑ったが，小唾液腺は認められなかったため呼吸上皮由来の囊胞と診断された．囊胞の部分切除後は症状が消失し，第183病日において再発もなく良好な経過を示している．
