Inter‒relations among knowledge, motivation, and practice in daily life management and QOL of patients undergoing hemodialysis

血液透析患者の日常生活管理に関する知識・意欲・実践とQOLとの関連を明らかにした．外来血液透析患者113名を対象に，日常生活管理の知識・意欲・実践の程度を把握する質問紙調査と腎疾患特異的QOL尺度（KDQOL‒SFTM）を測定し，Mann‒WhitneyのU検定を行った．その結果，日常生活管理のすべての項目において知識あり群の「日常役割機能（身体）」など，意欲あり群の「人とのつきあい」などが有意に高かった（p＜0.05）．また，実践あり群の食事量，内容の注意点，1日の適切な水分量などの管理の基本的な項目において「日常役割機能（精神）」が有意に高かった（p＜0.05）．以上より，血液透析患者の日常生活管理に関する知識・意欲・実践はそれぞれ異なるQOLの側面で関連していることが明らかとなった．看護師は各要素を意識した上で管理の知識を提供し，患者が自己管理に主体的に取り組めるよう継続可能な範囲で個別性に応じた教育や支援を行うことが血液透析患者のQOL向上に繋がることが示唆された．
