Exploring Generation Z's Purchase Intention for Electric Vehicles through the Theory of Planned Behavior

[[abstract]]隨著全球永續發展與碳中和政策的推動，電動車（EV）已成為交通轉型的核心工具。Z 世代具備高度環保意識與科技接受度，對 EV 市場發展具關鍵影響。因此，本研究以計畫行為理論（TPB）為基礎，探討 Z 世代對電動車的購買意願，並分析其「態度」、「主觀規範」與「知覺行為控制」三構面對意願的影響。 本研究透過問卷調查，針對台灣 Z 世代（1995–2010 年出生）進行資料蒐集，採便利抽樣共取得有效樣本 N 筆，並以 SPSS 執行敘述統計、信效度與多元回歸分析。研究發現：「態度」與「知覺行為控制」對購買意願具有顯著正向影響，顯示 Z 世代重視環保價值與實際使用便利性；「主觀規範」則影響力相對較低，顯示其決策較不受他人意見左右。 本研究除強化 TPB 理論在永續交通領域的應用，也提供政策與產業實務建議，如加強環保理念傳達、優化充電基礎建設與導入智慧科技，進一步提升 Z 世代的正向態度與控制感知，以促進其購買意願 With the global push toward sustainable development and carbon neutrality policies, electric vehicles (EVs) have become a central tool in transportation …
