Effect of Hot Isostatic Pressing on the Microstructure and Defect Evolution of GH3536 Fabricated by Laser Powder Bed Fusion

摘要： 热处理对激光粉末床熔融制造的GH3536服役构件是必要的，然而热处理对增材制造中产生缺陷的调控能力有限，限制材料疲劳寿命，因此有必要开展后处理研究以协同调控构件的缺陷、组织与性能。采用μ-CT原位表征了沉积态、热处理态和热等静压态构件的缺陷，并对各状态下构件的组织、拉伸及疲劳性能进行了表征测试。结果显示，热处理后孔隙率从沉积态的0.08%增大至0.12%，热等静压后孔隙率降至 0.03%。同时，疲劳裂纹扩展速率减缓，材料韧性因晶界协调变形能力增强而提高，室温以及高温下的力学性能均满足航空热端构件服役要求。此外，后处理有效细化了晶粒，沉积态及热等静压态的平均晶粒尺寸分别为35.9 μm和24.3 μm。本研究提出的完整增材制造及后处理工艺为 GH3536 构件的工程应用提供了指导。
