Investigation on the corrosion mechanism of W/Cu surfaces and interfaces induced by SF6 under DC arc discharge

随着柔性直流输电技术发展，高压直流断路器对耐电弧烧蚀以及耐灭弧气体腐蚀能力要求提高。铜钨材料因优异性能常用作触头，其性能影响气体绝缘断路器系统安全。本研究通过第一性原理，探究铜钨表界面不同结构在直流条件下的SF6腐蚀性能。结果显示，铜钨功函数与结构相关，铜钨晶界最低（4.28 eV）；SF6气体与钨相吸附更强（-1.17 eV），晶界吸附能最低（-5.80 eV），且阴阳极环境影响显著；腐蚀后功函数与最大应力下降7%。研究为高性能触头设计提供理论支撑。
