The ${}^{4}\mathrm{He} \stackrel{\ensuremath{\rightarrow}}{p}{ }^{3}\mathrm{H} \mathrm{pn}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ reaction channel has been investigated at an incident ${}^{4}\mathrm{He}$ momentum of $8.6 \mathrm{GeV}/c$ in an exclusive approach.
